My parcel hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Track your parcel using the tracking number emailed to you after booking. If there's an issue, email [email protected] with your booking reference and we'll investigate with the courier.
Can I get a refund?
If a booking fails or the courier doesn't collect, we process automatic refunds. For other issues, email us within 14 days of booking.
How do I print my label?
After payment, your shipping label is emailed as a PDF. Print it on A4 paper and attach to your parcel. Some services also offer QR codes for label-free drop-off.
