1. About parcelfire.com

parcelfire.com is a parcel delivery comparison and booking service operated by NexoraOS Ltd (Company Number: 17199327). We act as an intermediary between you (the customer) and third-party courier services. We are not a courier and do not physically handle or transport parcels.

2. Service Description

We provide a platform to compare parcel delivery prices from multiple courier partners, facilitate bookings, process payments, and provide shipping labels and tracking information. All delivery services are fulfilled by the selected third-party courier.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed include our service fee and are shown in GBP. Prices are subject to change and are confirmed at the point of booking. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing a booking, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings are final once a shipping label has been generated. If you need to discuss a cancellation, please contact [email protected] before your parcel is collected or dropped off. Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to fulfil your booking, a full refund is issued automatically.

5. Courier Services and Liability

Delivery services are provided by third-party couriers. parcelfire.com is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier during transit. Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed by parcelfire.com. Claims for loss or damage must be directed to the courier in accordance with their terms and conditions.

6. Care+ Support Service

parcelfire.com offers an optional Care+ service at checkout. By purchasing Care+, you receive the following additional benefits:

  • Dedicated claims assistance — our team will liaise with the courier on your behalf in the event of loss, damage, or significant delay.
  • Priority handling of your claim, including preparation and submission of required documentation to the courier.
  • Ongoing case management until your claim is resolved, with regular updates provided to you via email.
  • Assistance in escalating unresolved claims with the courier's complaints department.

Care+ covers the courier's standard compensation limits as set out in the selected courier's terms of service. It is a support and monitoring service. It does not constitute insurance and does not provide compensation for the value of goods. Any compensation is determined by the courier's own liability terms. The value of any compensation is determined by the courier, not by parcelfire.com.

Care+ is non-refundable once a shipping label has been generated.

7. Prohibited Items

You must not send items that are prohibited by the selected courier or by UK law. This includes but is not limited to: hazardous materials, firearms, illegal substances, perishable goods (unless the courier specifically permits them), and items exceeding the courier's weight or size limits. parcelfire.com is not liable for parcels containing prohibited items.

8. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate sender and recipient details, including addresses and parcel dimensions. Incorrect information may result in delivery failure, additional charges, or return of the parcel. parcelfire.com is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

9. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR. Personal data provided during booking is shared with the selected courier for the purpose of fulfilling your delivery.

10. Business Accounts

Business account holders are subject to these terms in addition to any specific terms agreed as part of their business account arrangement. Volume discounts and business account benefits may be amended or withdrawn with 30 days' notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, parcelfire.com's total liability arising from or in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that booking. parcelfire.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of parcelfire.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
